Job summary

Turtle Bay Resort in Kahuku, Hawaii, seeks a Guest Services Agent who will check guests in and out, assist with room assignments, and process payments. You will answer calls, emails, and in-person requests with warmth while guiding guests to North Shore highlights.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell, and Engineering to address needs and resolve concerns, then share recommendations for amenities and local activities. Shifts rotate including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or related experience.
• Friendly, clear communication style and composure under pressure.
• Comfort with computers; experience with a hotel PMS (Opera is a plus).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

About this position

About the role
Our Guest Services team is often the first and last face our guests see. As a Guest Services Agent, you'll check guests in and out, answer questions about the resort and the North Shore, and help make every stay memorable.

What you'll do

• Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and process payments
• Answer phone, email, and in-person requests warmly and quickly
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell, and Engineering to take care of guest needs
• Resolve guest concerns and follow up so nothing slips through the cracks
• Share recommendations for resort amenities, dining, and local activities

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Friendly, clear communication and a calm approach under pressure
• Comfort with computers; experience with a hotel property management system (such as Opera) is a plus
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
