Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Guest and Convention Services team member for the AAO 2026 annual meeting & convention. In this fast-paced, indoor event role you will warmly welcome attendees, assist with registration and credentials, and coordinate guest services to ensure a seamless experience.

The position is part-time with opportunities for repeat work and advancement. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts, support POS transactions, and work with event staff to manage crowd flow while

Qualifications

• Experience in event management or hospitality roles.
• Background in retail sales or food service to support guest interactions.
• Familiarity with assisting, credentialing, and greeting customers.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods.
