beem Virginia Beach is seeking a reliable Guest Services team member to refresh private sauna suites, keep the studio clean, and help ensure a smooth guest experience.

Experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus, but training is provided. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, studio membership, and paid training. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with towels, restrooms, laundry, and support the studio manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance during operating hours.
• Ensure reception area, sauna rooms, restroom and laundry are clean and in full order.
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Handle towels: soiled, sanitize and reset for next guests.
• Clean bathrooms and showers.
• Fold/roll towels and manage towel supply area.
• Stock and organize back room and supply closet.
• Remove trash and recycling daily.
• Track reject towels for quality control.
• Other tasks may be assigned by Studio Manager.

Job description

The Guest Services position is responsible for refreshing private sauna suites between guests, studio cleaning, folding towels for guests and helps ensure the effortless flow of the studio to maximize the guest experience.

We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate + Studio Membership + Paid Training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance during operating hours
• Ensure the reception area, sauna rooms, restroom, and laundry room are cleaned/sanitized at all times and in full operating order
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Taking soiled towels, sanitizing and resetting sauna suites with towels in preparation for the next guests' appointments
• Clean bathrooms and showers
• Fold/roll towels while maintaining and organizing the facility’s towel supply area
• Clean, maintain and stock the back room and supply closet
• Remove trash and recycling daily
• Keep a running tally of reject towels (towels not good enough for guest use)
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the Studio Manager's discretion
