Job summary

SweatHouz is seeking a Studio Cleaner to maintain a pristine wellness studio environment across saunas, showers, and common areas. You will handle front desk cleanliness, turnover between guest sessions, and towel management, ensuring a welcoming space for every guest experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team. Weekend and evening availability is required in a fast-growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standards.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house.
• Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly.
• Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses.
• Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs.
• Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols.
