Job summary

Austin-based Elevate Entertainment Group is seeking a Guest Services Cast Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our venues, including movies, bowling, games, and events. You will greet guests, assist with lanes and attractions, process transactions, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist with movies, bowling lanes, games, attractions, and promotions.
• Operate POS system to process ticket sales, lane rentals, merchandise, and game card transactions.
• Sell, activate, and reload game cards; follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and scoring systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, bowling lanes, arcade, restrooms, and guest areas.
• Support special events, parties, and promotions.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Uphold all safety and brand standards.

Position Summary

The Guest Services Cast Member is a cross-trained front-of-house role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across the venue. This position supports box office, bowling, arcade, and attraction operations while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
