Elevate Entertainment Group, headquartered in Austin, is seeking a courteous Server to provide efficient guest service across its entertainment venues. You will greet guests, know the menu thoroughly, and use POS tools to take and deliver accurate orders while upselling items to enhance guest experiences.

You must maintain cleanliness, adhere to food safety guidelines, and stay flexible for holiday, night, and weekend shifts in a dynamic, live venue environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s and state alcohol certification.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsabilités

Job Description

The Server provides our guests with efficient and courteous service by ensuring that all guests receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome all guests as they enter the venue.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire food and beverage menu to make thoughtful menu suggestions and up sales.
• Place accurate and proper guest orders by using a POS station and/or handheld POS device.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their order and service.
• Adhere to high food safety guidelines and standards.
• Communicates facility deficiencies within the venue to managers daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations.
• Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Education + Experience + Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED Certification

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
