Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Aurora, CO to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. You will assist guests with luggage and provide attentive service during arrival and departure.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, with a baseline of one month related experience or training. Compensation is hourly with tips and a 401k option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to guests and coworkers.
• Basic arithmetic with money and time systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide bell services and assist with luggage storage as needed.
• Offer directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage ticketing and claims for vehicles in the valet system.
• Perform all duties with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
