Job summary

The Westin Resort Guam is seeking a dedicated Waitstaff team member to supervise the Guest Service Department and ensure efficient service while upholding hotel standards.

You will greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and assist with seating and reservations. Maintain cleanliness, operate the POS system, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to greet guests and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Able to operate POS/order entry systems and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and attend to seating arrangements as needed.
• Address guest questions and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
• Record orders accurately and assist guests with menu details.
• Present checks and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain clean and stocked work area during shifts.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
