Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Santa Maria, CA is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to warmly greet customers, promote memberships, and deliver outstanding service. You will help customers choose the right wash options and ensure a positive first impression.

You’ll work in a fast-paced outdoor setting, collaborate with a team, and build ongoing customer relationships. Mister Car Wash provides day-one PTO, benefits, and opportunities for growth through training and leadership development.
