Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) in Smyrna, TN to greet customers, upsell Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and ensure a clean, friendly site. This role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll thrive in an outdoor environment, work varied shifts (including weekends/holidays), and benefit from same-day pay, PTO from day one, and comprehensive health benefits. Training supports growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly demeanor.
• Promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club and other Mister Car Wash products.
• Thank customers for choosing Mister and ensure their needs are met.
• Anticipate and resolve customer questions or issues.
