Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to greet every customer with a wave and a smile, enthusiastically sell our products and Unlimited Wash Club membership, and ensure each guest leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.

You will join a high-energy team with strong values, receive comprehensive training, and enjoy same-day pay, PTO from day one, and a range of benefits in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality‑type roles.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
