Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, drive membership sales, and ensure a great car-wash experience. This role offers outdoor, fast-paced work with opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of a high-energy team focused on memorable customer service.

You’ll engage customers, promote Unlimited Wash Club, and help ensure every visit ends with a clean, dry, and shiny car while collaborating with teammates and maintaining site cleanliness.
