Job summary

Mister Car Wash is hiring a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to greet customers, upsell memberships, and ensure a positive experience at our Texas location. You’ll work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting, collaborating with team members to meet daily goals.

We value energy, reliability, and a customer-first attitude as you engage with guests and maintain cleanliness and order at the site.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with ability to engage customers in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person interactions.
• Ability to upsell memberships and products with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Sell Mister Car Wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and leave satisfied.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist team as needed.
