Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, promote memberships, and deliver outstanding service at our Minnesota locations.

Join a fast-paced team that values energy, reliability, and teamwork. You will engage with customers, drive product sales, and help ensure every car leaves looking its best, while adapting to varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality settings.

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly demeanor.

• Anticipate and resolve customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure customers leave with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
