Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and ensure a positive, fast-paced retail experience at our Grand Rapids locations.

You will engage customers with energy, handle inquiries, and help maintain a clean and inviting site while supporting team goals and providing excellent service daily.

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and smile-driven guest interaction.
