Job summary

Stinker Stores in Boise, ID is looking for a Guest Service Specialist to warmly welcome guests, assist with purchases, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment. This full-time role includes cash handling and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The position requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with shifts commonly 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are offered to support your career at Stinker.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, helpful service.
• Assist guests with purchases and provide product recommendations.
• Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare fresh food and beverages following safety standards.
• Stock merchandise and maintain attractive store displays.
• Maintain pricing and product availability.
• Keep the store, restrooms, and service areas clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required, we'll provide training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Ability to safely use step stools or ladders when stocking merchandise
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
