Stinker Stores is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in Idaho Falls. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help create a welcoming store environment. The role supports food service, stocking, and maintaining clean, inviting facilities while following safety procedures.

Formación

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required, we’ll provide training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every guest with friendly, helpful service.
• Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare fresh food and beverages while following food safety and quality standards.
• Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays.
• Maintain accurate pricing and product availability.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting.
• Follow company safety procedures and report safety concerns promptly.
