Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Must understand basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and takes accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure proper presentation and timely service.
• Check station before, during and after shifts for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by all liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests and process payment.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
