TravelCenters of America is seeking a friendly Server to join our restaurant team. You will provide accurate, efficient service, greet guests warmly, and promote daily specials while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

As part of a busy travel center environment, you’ll need to be adaptable, quick, and team-oriented to help every traveler on the road. Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing service experience preferred.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Welcome and serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items and promote daily specials.
• Process transactions on a POS register.
• Prioritize tasks based on kitchen and dining needs.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Build strong communication with leaders and co-workers.
