Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Experience in hotel/restaurant serving role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitors food distribution and presentation
• Checks station for setup and cleanliness before/during/after shift
• Abides by liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests
• Familiar with menu items, preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests and processes payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned
