Charleston Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service/Security team member for a lively country music venue. You will help ensure a safe, fun environment by verifying IDs, protecting property, managing entry, and patrolling the venue to maintain occupancy within safe limits.

The role rewards a strong work ethic with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. Prior security experience and the ability to handle pressure are essential.

Formación

• Prior security experience required.
• Ability to stand and work for long periods.
• Knowledge of legal age requirements for Alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to handle pressure and stress effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Check IDs and verify age for entry.
• Protect property and maintain safety.
• Determine if patrons meet legal entry age.
• Refuse admittance to troublemakers when needed.
• Patrol parking lot and venue to ensure safety.
• Ensure occupancy does not exceed maximum capacity.

Summary

Common duties of a guest service employee are checking IDs, protecting property, determining if patrons are old enough to legally enter the club, refusing admittance to troublemakers, patrolling the parking lot and facility, and making sure the number of people who enter the building does not exceed the maximum safe occupancy level.
