My Place Hotel Tucson North/Marana is seeking a reliable, energetic team player to join our front desk and operations team. This is a hands-on hospitality role in a fast-paced environment where guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork come together to keep the hotel running smoothly.

This is a Part-Time position with potential of 40 hour work weeks. The role includes front desk responsibilities such as check-ins/outs, reservations help, and housekeeping support.

• Hotel experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

My Place Hotel Tucson North/Marana is seeking a reliable, energetic team player to join our front desk and operations team. This is a hands‑on hospitality role in a fast‑paced environment where guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork all come together to keep the hotel running smoothly. This is a Part‑Time position with potential of 40 hour work weeks.

Schedule

• 2-4 days per week
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• Flexible scheduling within coverage needs

What You'll Do

This role includes a combination of front desk and hotel support duties, including:

• Welcoming guests and handling check‑ins and check‑outs
• Assisting with reservations and guest requests
• Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services
• Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logs
• Completing laundry duties as needed
• Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas
• Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
