Job summary

My Place Hotel Tucson North/Marana is seeking a reliable, energetic team member to join our front desk and operations team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This part-time role includes guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations assistance, and daily desk duties.

The schedule is 2–4 days per week from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with flexible scheduling within coverage needs. We offer training and value reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Assisting with reservations and guest requests.
• Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services.
• Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logs.
• Completing laundry duties as needed.
• Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas.
• Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift.
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
