Job summary

My Place Tucson North/Marana is seeking a reliable, energetic team member to join our front desk and operations team. This part-time role covers 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on guest services, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, assist with reservations, maintain system accuracy, perform laundry duties, and help maintain public areas. Training is provided, with an emphasis on reliability and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hotel front desk knowledge is a plus.

Tucson North/Marana, Az

My Place Hotel Tucson North/Marana is seeking a reliable, energetic team player to join our front desk and operations team. This is a hands‑on hospitality role in a fast‑paced environment where guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork all come together to keep the hotel running smoothly. This is a Part‑Time position with potential of 40 hour work weeks.

Schedule

• 2-4 days per week


• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)


• Flexible scheduling within coverage needs

What You’ll Do

• Welcoming guests and handling check‑ins and check‑outs


• Assisting with reservations and guest requests


• Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services


• Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logs


• Completing laundry duties as needed


• Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas


• Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift


• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
