Nothing Bundt Cakes - Cranberry is hiring a friendly Guest Services Representative to help guests plan celebrations and order the perfect cake. You will ensure orders go smoothly, greet guests warmly, and contribute to a joyful, community-focused bakery environment.

You play party planner, helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. • Willingness to work events - events are a regular part of this role
• Availability for assigned holiday shifts; extra shifts may be needed during high-volume weeks

Available shift times:

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM or 10:30 PM– 4 PM
• Saturday: 9:30AM - 1:30PM or 1:30 PM–6:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
