Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to greet guests, assist with orders and help create memorable celebrations. You’ll play party planner, guiding guests to the perfect cake while keeping orders on track and ensuring a joyful customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Reliability and good follow-through on shifts
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Ability to work either the 8:30am-1:30pm or 10:30am-4:00pm shift, depending on business needs
• At least 15+ hours of weekly availability across these shifts
• Weekend availability is a plus, though not required
• Willingness to work events - events are a regular part of this role
• Availability for assigned holiday shifts; extra shifts may be needed during high-volume weeks
