Job summary

Holladay Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Indianapolis on-site front desk. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay.

You will provide information on transportation and dining options, handle guest requests, and resolve conflicts to ensure memorable experiences for all guests.

• Consistently exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding hospitality
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Provide excellent front desk services to enhance guest experiences
• Assign rooms and manage administrative tasks
• Handle mail and messages, process guest payments
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering information on transportation and dining options
• Accommodate general and unique guest requests
• Skillfully diffuse conflicts or tense situations with guests

*This positions requires the individual to live on-site, be on-call as needed, and must be able to respond to emergency/guest issue(s) when the office is closed.*
