Job summary

RPM Raceway Chicago seeks friendly, energetic Guest Service Representatives to welcome guests and deliver outstanding service in a high-energy entertainment setting.

You will handle check-in, reservations, attraction registration, and guest questions while processing transactions accurately and ensuring a memorable visit for every guest. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
