Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Bellevue is currently hiring part-time Joy Creators (Front of House Associates). You’ll greet guests with warmth, help them select the right cake, and ensure orders run smoothly. Training covers cake making and career growth, with a welcoming, joyful environment and flexible scheduling.

Part-time Joy Creators work 15–30 hours weekly, with shifts mornings, middays, or evenings. Bakery hours Sunday 10am–4pm, Mon–Sat 9am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience is a plus, but not required.
• Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs and follows NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions and complementary retail merchandise.
• Suggest additional merchandise, including balloons, candles and cards, to complete unique celebration.
• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected.
• Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows and other surfaces.
• Restock retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
• Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
