• Must be willing to work any of the following shifts as scheduled without exception:
• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Must be able and willing to lift/push/pull up to 15lbs
• Must have reliable transportation

They will appreciate the cozy lobby, your warm welcome, and your efficiency in getting them checked in and pointed in the right direction. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs
• Confirm group reservations for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Willing to cross-train
• Start and maintain breakfast
• Laundry when needed
