Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests and help them order the perfect cake for celebrations. You’ll ensure orders go smoothly and foster a warm, joyful bakery environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule, casual dress, and opportunities to grow. Must be available 30–35 hours weekly with Saturday and Sunday shifts; training is provided and you’ll join a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with choosing the right cake for celebrations.
• Ensure orders are accurate and prepared for pickup or delivery.
• Create a welcoming, joyful atmosphere in the bakery and assist guests as needed.

Must be available to work 30-35 hours weekly. Hours of operation are M-Sat 9-6:30 & Sun 10-3. Please only apply if you have open availability. New team members receive a 90-day performance review and may be eligible for a pay increase up to $0.50/hour based on performance.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcome, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
