Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative (Joy Creator) to greet guests, help them select the perfect cake, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. You’ll work in a casual, upbeat bakery environment where teamwork and community joy are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work early morning, closing and weekend shifts.
• Experience in guest service in bakery/retail/restaurant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with cake selections and orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Create a welcoming, cheerful atmosphere and provide friendly service to every guest.
• Represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand with a Servant’s Heart and a positive attitude.
