Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring Joy Creators to greet guests, help them choose cakes, and ensure memorable experiences in our Cedar Rapids bakery.

As a Joy Creator, you’ll learn cake ordering, maintain a friendly shop vibe, and support teamwork in a casual, flexible environment that values community and celebration.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; friendly, customer-focused.
• Willing to learn cake decorating and serving guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with cake orders and selections.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
