Job summary

Paycom - ATS, a hotel front desk team member role, seeks a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

You will operate the front desk system, process payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and offer local information while keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming.
