Job summary

MARRIOTT - BATON ROUGE is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and front desk duties in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will operate the front desk system, process payments, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information to ensure memorable stays for every guest.

Previous hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required; flexibility to work weekends and holidays is
