Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative at Hornbacher's in Fargo, ND to deliver exceptional guest service at the Guest Service Counter.

You will handle money orders, Western Union, postage and related services, and support front-end operations. You will assist with returns and price issues, conduct cashier accuracy checks, and back up team members across guest services and cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by delivering remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and electronic payment machines; assist with postage, lottery, and other services.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and audits; communicate pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service team and manager in their absence; support other store areas as needed.
