Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking Team Members in Columbus, OH to deliver exceptional Guest service and prepare fast, bold food. You will promote guest satisfaction, escalate concerns to the General Manager, and respond to Guests’ needs with a high-energy, flexible approach.

You’ll complete cross-training, adhere to policies, and strive to maintain a safe, clean, and engaging restaurant environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow.
• High School Diploma or GED - Preferred or Food Safety Certification - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
