Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering help, and addressing needs in all weather conditions. This role emphasizes service quality and a friendly, proactive approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Collective customer service experience in food service, grocery or retail preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in friendly conversation with eye contact and a smile.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans.
• Offer additional service during inclement weather.
