Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a part-time Front End Customer Service Team member at our Cicero location. You will help ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience by engaging in friendly conversation, handling bagged items, and keeping the parking lot safe and organized.

In this role you will greet customers, assist as needed, and contribute to an inviting store atmosphere. Availability includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends; 18+ age requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot by gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans.
• Offer additional service during inclement weather.
