Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to direct and supervise the operational activities of the hotel's front desk within corporate and hotel guidelines to provide the highest standards of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels. Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank, count cash and other methods of payment at the end of the shift to verify and balance the house bank, and accept and record vouchers, traveler's checks, and other forms of payment. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff and observe performance and encourage improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills

Paid Time Off - (PTO) is available to all Team Members after one full year of service. You begin accruing from day one! The amount of PTO you can accrue increases the longer you work with us.

Sick Leave - Available for Team Members employed in Oregon or Washington after 90 days of employment.
