IGA is hiring a friendly cashier/guest service clerk in South Carolina. You will support front porch operations, assist guests, handle payments, and help keep the area clean and welcoming.

Role includes training hosts, managing cash and invoices, and upholding excellent service standards. Must be comfortable standing long periods and performing multiple tasks with good math and computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front porch operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Aufgaben

• Maintain front porch service standards.
• Coordinate schedules with the Store Manager to meet service levels.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest and host requests, refunds, loans, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch clean and parking lot free of debris.
• Serve as a positive role model in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
