Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Team Member in Minnesota to deliver exceptional guest service while working with Restaurant Managers and teammates to uphold operational standards. The role reports to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators, with direct interaction with guests and the field operations team.

The Team Member will greet guests, handle orders and payments, prepare food and drinks, keep the restaurant clean, and follow safety and uniform policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom and exterior.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Attend shifts regularly and on time.
• Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies.
