Job summary

Burger King in Hermantown, MN is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional guest service while working with Restaurant Managers and teammates to uphold standards and procedures. This role reports to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and shift coordinators, with direct interactions with guests and the field operations team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing and packaging food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
