Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and work with the management team to maintain restaurant standards. The role reports to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators, with interactions across restaurant staff and field operations.

Key duties include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, preparing food and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and compliant with health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies.
