Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers, handle payments at the POS, assist with food preparation, and maintain cleanliness across the station. The role requires standing for extended periods and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include accurate payment processing, food preparation and packaging, proper labeling and temperature checks, stocking, cleaning, and helping

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling, labeling and dating procedures.
• Prepare and serve quality food items.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products available in the plaza.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
