Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team, helping deliver food and beverages, set up and reset tables, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere for members and guests.

You will work with teammates, follow safety guidelines, learn the menu, handle guest requests, and support events as needed, with opportunities for professional growth through Invited’s F&B service program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler Certification required.
• Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering food and beverages to members/guests, ensuring prompt service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies.
• Greet members/guests with a friendly attitude and provide basic assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience and support events as needed.
• Handle Member/Guest requests and complaints, escalating to servers or management when necessary.
• Complete side work and follow safety and club guidelines.
