• Adheres to safety standards for guests and team members.
• Completes Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Addresses guest comments promptly and courteously.
• Performs primary and secondary duties as assigned by management.
• Provides back-up support when needed.
• Assists with additional tasks as directed by the MOD.
• Answers phones courteously within three rings.
• Prepares quality products with accurate portions and presentation.
• Attends team meetings.
