Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a Church’s Guest Services/Cook to provide fast, friendly service and prepare high-quality food according to Church’s standards. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.

The position is a First Shift (5am–5pm) with weekends and some holidays. On-the-job training is provided, and the company offers perks such as Daily Pay, discounts on gas and food, and a 401K plan to support

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation helpful.
• Ability to follow company procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food per standards and service times.
• Upsell menu items as directed by management.
• Handle cash transactions and deliver orders.
