Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly and professional server to provide exceptional guest service in our Buckhead Atlanta location. You will greet guests, take and input orders, and ensure accurate delivery with a focus on upselling desserts and beverages.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and comply with beverage-service regulations. Join a team that values respect, family, and trust while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous server or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell desserts and beverages.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders for accuracy.
• Input orders into the POS to notify the kitchen.
• Deliver orders with condiments to guests.
• Comply with state, federal and corporate alcohol-service rules.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Market and serve desserts or specialty coffees.
• Close out the check and present to guest promptly.
• Attend work reliably and perform other duties as assigned.
