Job summary

Denny's Service Assistant role is to maintain the restaurant interior and exterior, keep areas clean and stocked, and provide timely guest service. You will ensure dining areas are sanitized, supplies are adequate, and team members remain aligned with brand standards.

Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, meet health standards, handle side work, and help guests with courtesy and respect.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must meet all required tests and training.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Clean and sanitize dining room tables.
• Keep front and back of house stocked and organized.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and parking lot cleanliness.
• Assist with side work and deep cleaning duties.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Report issues to supervisor.
